Manic Monday Limited - SPAM POLICY
The basic rule: I hate spam. Do not spam me. Or else.
Of late, I've been getting a few Unsolicited Commercial Emails ('spam') addressed to myself or the 'default' aliases on this domain, from various sources.
Since my time is valuable, and I detest spammers, here's the Manic Monday Limited Spam Policy:
By sending me Unsolicited Commercial Email, you agree to promptly pay me the sum of £50
GB Pounds per email, for violation of this policy and wasting my time and bandwidth.
'Unsolicited Commercial Email' is defined as email specifically advertising a product or service,
that has not been sent to an "opt-in" mailing list of which I am a member.
'You' is defined as either the entity or individual sending the 'spam' mail, or the
entity or individual whose product or service it is advertising, at my sole discretion.
To spammers: I have no need for webmaster services, herbal viagra, class reunions, loans, credit cards, get-rich-quick schemes or whatever the heck it is you are trying to sell me.
To everyone else: Please feel free to copy this spam policy on your website,
or if you're a legal type, to point out any potential flaws or loopholes in the wording.
